General Behavior & Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors' rest.
- Family Atmosphere: We are here to have fun and build relationships. We want to encourage a family friendly environment.
- Alcohol Policy: Discreet consumption at your campsite only. Excessive use is prohibited.
- Speed Limit: strictly 5 MPH throughout the park for the safety of our children.
- Garbage: Please bag all trash and place it in designated trash bins. Do not leave food out overnight.
- Conduct: We follow the Golden Rule here—treat others with the same kindness and respect you wish to receive.
CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES
Pet Policy & Stewardship
- We welcome your furry family members as part of God's creation. Please observe these rules:
- All pets must be kept on a leash (maximum 6 feet) when outside your RV.
- Please be a good neighbor and quiet your pet if they bark excessively.
- Good stewardship means cleaning up! Pick up after your pet immediately.
- Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV or in vehicles at any time.
- Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may resulting in a request to vacate.
- Maximum of two pets per site unless prior approval is granted.
Check-in & Site Guidelines
Check-In: 1:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
To provide a peaceful transition for all families, please observe these times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly campsite; please dispose of all trash in designated bins.
- To preserve our natural sanctuary, do not cut or damage trees or vegetation.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure restful sleep for all families.
- Rugs or mats are permitted on gravel areas only to protect the grass for future guests.
- Sewer hoses must have a proper airtight seal connection at the intake.
- Respect your neighbors by not walking through occupied RV sites.
- May need pressure relief valve for city water. Office will have them available for purchase.
- Washing of RV or cars is strictly prohibited in our park.
- Open year round.
Safety & Fire Regulations
- Fire Pit Safety: Fires are permitted only in provided elevated fire rings. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish completely with water before retiring or leaving the site.
- Vehicle Operations: A strict 5 MPH speed limit is enforced throughout the park to ensure the safety of our children and community. All drivers must possess a valid license.
- Propane and Fuel: Standard RV propane tanks must be properly secured and in good working order. No external large-scale fuel storage is permitted on individual sites.
- Bicycles and Recreation: Bicycles and scooters are welcome during daylight hours. For everyone's safety, please wear helmets and avoid riding after dusk.
- Firearms and Fireworks: To maintain our peaceful sanctuary, the discharge of firearms, air rifles, and fireworks is strictly prohibited within park boundaries.
- Emergency Access: Please keep all roadways clear of vehicles, slides, and personal equipment to ensure immediate access for emergency responders if needed.
Wildlife Policy
- You are welcome to walk through our woods. We ask that you do not disturb the animals in their natural habitat to ensure your safety.
- To keep our park a sanctuary for families and critters, please secure all food and trash in designated containers. We also remind parents and pet owners to closely supervise children and pets at all times, ensuring everyone stays on safe paths.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. As a family-oriented park, we strive to be fair while maintaining the peaceful stewardship of our grounds.
- RV Sites: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee.
- Cabins: 7 days notice is required for a refund (less processing fee). Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
- Holiday Weekends: A 14-day cancellation notice is required for all major holidays to receive a partial refund.
- No Shows: Reservations will be held until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. No refunds for no-shows.
All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to appear. We do not offer refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
Emergency Situations
Your safety and well-being are our highest priority. As a community rooted in Christian care, we look out for one another in every circumstance.
- Medical Emergencies & Fire: Call 911 immediately. After services are dispatched, please notify the camp host.
- Severe Weather: Seek immediate shelter.
- Missing Child: Alert the camp host and your immediate neighbors quickly so our community can assist in the search.
- Suspicious Activity: We strive to keep our park a peaceful sanctuary. Please report any concerns to the office or camp host.
- Campground-Wide Alerts: Stay alert for verbal instructions from staff or posted notices at the community bulletin.
